Simply choose a walk or a meal. Add a photo or a note only when you feel like it, then save the moment. The 7 days of memories needed for your family poem do not have to be consecutive. Taking a break will not reset your progress.

Guardian helps your pet stay connected to family. If your pet goes missing, someone who finds them can scan their dedicated QR code, see the information you have chosen to share, and contact you through BONDA without exchanging phone numbers or email addresses.

We are also preparing a way to invite a trusted person, with their consent, to care for your pet if something happens to you. Sharing personality, preferences, memories and care routines will help that person understand your pet and continue their familiar life.

Guardian is available with an active Family Premium subscription (JPY 590 per month or JPY 5,900 per year, tax included). If you cancel renewal, access continues until your paid period ends. After that, information access and contact through existing QR codes and NFC collars, including the contact chat, stop. NFC collars require a separate purchase and are not yet on sale.

The annual Family Premium gift is a digital storybook to enjoy in the app. Printed books are Coming soon; paper orders are not open yet. Digital book purchasers can buy the printed edition at a special discount. Details will be announced at launch. Coupons and yearly books are still in preparation. Eligibility, delivery timing, printing prices and shipping costs will be announced in the app when available.

You can create a certificate immediately using your photo. When the watercolor illustration is ready, it replaces the photo. If generation is unavailable, you can still enjoy the photo version. Your family poem can also use the family photo selected on your family page. The examples show Baobao and his family.

Family records are not automatically made public. Only the information you choose to share through a certificate or Guardian is shown to others. Connecting with a shop is also your choice.

Use the family backup and transfer settings to verify your email and save to the cloud, or export a backup file. After starting with a name and photo, please set up a backup method to protect your memories.
